Akram is a Chartered Professional Mechanical Engineer (RPEQ) and International Welding Engineer (IIW, DVS) with a proven record of delivering complex projects in the heavy industry, mining, process, manufacturing, and construction sectors. With over 30 years of experience, Akram brings expertise in project management, engineering design, welding technology, fabrication and commissioning, consistently completing projects to budget and deadlines. His career reflects a strong blend of technical excellence, hands-on problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration across diverse cultural and organisational environments.
Akram’s professional journey includes senior roles with leading organisations, as well as extensive consulting and project management through Instant Engineering. He has successfully managed multidisciplinary projects including mineral processing plants, conveyor systems, stacker/reclaimer installations, water infrastructure, pressure vessels, and aluminium smelting facilities. His work has spanned the UK, Germany, Middle East, PNG, China and Australia, providing him with deep international exposure and adaptability to different regulatory, cultural and operational frameworks.

Dimitri is a results-driven Sales and Business Development professional with strong technical expertise in various industries. He combines engineering knowledge with client-focused sales strategies and project management skills, consistently delivering growth in competitive markets across Australia and Europe. His competencies include technical sales, account management, digital marketing, project delivery and business development across construction, automotive, manufacturing and water treatment.
His experience spans the full cycle of business development — from prospecting and qualifying leads to preparing quotations, managing negotiations and overseeing project execution through to after-sales support. By combining customer engagement with project management, he has developed key accounts, delivered tailored solutions and implemented strategies that strengthened both client relationships and business outcomes.
